Sanctuary Choir

Comprised of both volunteer and paid choristers, this outstanding ensemble sings during the weekly 11:00 AM service of worship, September through June.  The function of the Sanctuary Choir is to lead congregational singing and to illuminate the Gospel message by singing music that is liturgically appropriate for every service.  Throughout the church year, the Sanctuary Choir also presents special services and concerts, including a Candlelight Choral Service each December and a Service of Tenebrae during Holy Week.  The first professional CD recording of The First and Franklin Sanctuary Choir entitled From All That Dwell Below the Skies, is available for purchase by calling the church office.

The Sanctuary Choir rehearses each Thursday, September through May, from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. If you love singing, please consider using your talent to the glory of God!
